All handmade and personalized items are NOT refundable, UNLESS there is an error made by myself.
All other items have a 7 day return policy from date DELIVERED to you. You must inform me within that 7 days if something is damaged. Items must be unused with original tags still attached.

Shipping Policy:
All handmade and RTS items will ship 5-7 business days, unless otherwise stated. Some items may ship sooner.
All pre-order, waitlist, and personalized items will have specified turn around times. *Updates will be made if something changes.
In effort to make thing simpler and cost effective, if you purchase handmade and RTS items WITH pre-order items in the SAME transaction ALL items will ship TOGETHER when all items are available. * if you'd like you handmade/RTS sooner, please make separate transaction from pre-orders.
Shipping is $8 flat rate $150 + orders are free shipping.
All items shipped will have tracking.
